Initiative: Hamper Drive for Families in Need
Our foundation is conducting a Hamper Drive to support vulnerable families across selective areas within Trinidad and Tobago. Hampers will contain food staples, hygiene products, and essential household items. This initiative is part of our continued commitment to community support and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Confidentiality of Beneficiaries
The identity and personal information of all recipient families are kept strictly confidential.
We will not publish, share, or disclose any personal data (names, addresses, contact details, or photographs) without the informed consent of the individual(s) concerned.
Use of Images/Media
Photographs or videos featuring beneficiaries will not be taken, shared, or used for promotional purposes unless prior written consent is obtained.
Images used in public communications will feature volunteers, symbolic hampers, or stock imagery, not actual recipients, unless express consent is granted.
Data Handling
Personal data collected (if any) will be used only for the purpose of verifying eligibility and coordinating assistance.

1. General Disclaimer
Theta Lodge Foundation does not engage in the sale, purchase, or exchange of cryptocurrency. However, we accept cryptocurrency as a "digital cashless form of contribution option" for goods and services where applicable. Any transactions involving cryptocurrency are processed through third-party providers, and we assume no liability for any technical issues, losses, or disputes arising from such transactions."
2. Risk & Volatility Policy
Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to market volatility, and their value may fluctuate significantly. Theta Lodge Foundation is not responsible for changes in the exchange rate between cryptocurrency and fiat currency at the time of contribution. Please note that all cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. If funds are sent to an incorrect wallet address due to user input errors, including mistyped alphanumeric characters, lost addresses, or incorrect recipient details, [Business/Organization Name] cannot recover or refund the funds. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to verify the accuracy of the wallet address before completing a transaction. We strongly advise double-checking all details before sending cryptocurrency contributions.
3. Third-Party Payment Processor Policy
Payments made using cryptocurrency are processed through third-party platforms. Theta Lodge Foundation does not hold, store, or facilitate the exchange of cryptocurrency. It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend, trustee of the Theta Lodge Foundation, and esteemed business partner of EBIZTT, Lawrence Jittansingh. Lawrence was a beloved member of our community, and his contributions to both the Theta Lodge Foundation and EBIZTT have had a lasting impact. His dedication, leadership, and friendship will be greatly missed by all who knew him. As we mourn this loss, we are committed to ensuring the smooth continuation of our operations and maintaining the legacy of excellence Lawrence helped build. We will be making necessary adjustments to our management structure. [A New Appointed Member] will assume the responsibilities previously held by Lawrence. [The New Appointed Member] brings a wealth of experience in [relevant field] and is well-positioned to lead [relevant team/department] during this transition.

Ms. Simon, a dedicated and passionate individual, was a mother of two, and her unwavering commitment to her community and various causes has left an indelible mark on many lives.Known for her exceptional networking skills and boundless energy, Ms. Simon played a vital role in a number of projects and initiatives. She was an integral part of the Theta Lodge Foundation, contributing significantly to legal documentation and driving forward various successful activities. Her work and impact extended far beyond her professional role, touching the lives of many across communities from Diego Martin to Port of Spain and the surrounding areas.Ms. Simon will be remembered not only for her contributions to the Foundation but also for the kindness and dedication she exhibited towards those around her. Her legacy will continue to inspire and influence all those who had the privilege of knowing her.We extend our deepest sympathy to her children, close family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with such a remarkable woman.
